Rev. Mark & Jill Muckler

Rev. Mark Muckler has been serving in full-time ministry since 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Science in communications from Appalachian State University. a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School, and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Soul Shepherding Institute. Mark is an ordained pastor and has served in countless churches and ministerial settings ranging from; a marketing firm promoting ethics and values in the workplace to youth ministry in a Christian school, small and large member churches, rural and inner-city churches, camps and retreat centers, ecumenical ministerial associations and missional networks, Young Life, the Boy Scouts of America (Eagle Scout), the Walk to Emmaus in several different communities, and numerous boards and committees all in an effort to share the love of Christ. 

Jill Muckler has served voluntarily and on staff in local churches alongside her husband ministering to families of all ages. Jill is a gifted children/youth and women’s ministry and retreat leader. With a degree in education from UNC-Charlotte, she has also served in public and private schools serving children and youth with special needs. Serving in each school, Jill has been a liaison between families in need and the churches with whom she’s been connected. Jill is a loving and supportive clergy spouse and has a passion for sharing the love of Christ with children, youth, women, and senior adults. 

Mark and Jill, having served the Lord together for over twenty-five years, have seen and experienced first-hand the dire need for pastors to be encouraged, equipped, supported, prayed for, and loved on as they give of themselves for the sake and cause of Christ. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, the Lord has given them a vision for ministry that serves pastors and their families by providing; Relational Ministry Support, Retreats for Rest and Renewal, Holy Lands Pilgrimages, and Applicable Resources for Life and Ministry. 

They are excited and blessed with the opportunities the Lord has placed before them to serve pastors and their families. In their free time, you might find Jill journaling, crafting, gardening, repurposing antiques, or reading, and Mark, you might find enjoying nature photography, drawing/graphic design, woodworking, journaling, playing the guitar or drums, and exploring in his Jeep. Together, they love spending time outdoors, kayaking and camping, and spending time with family whether at home or in the mountains or at the beach. Mark and Jill have been married since 2000. They have three wonderful children; Caleb, Graceson, and Lily, a cat named “Callie”, a dog named “Angel”, a puppy named "Boone." They live a quiet life in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in the Pilot Mountain area of North Carolina and would love to meet you.
